From a young age I have been drawn to high performance. As a former Australian Champion Go Kart Racer, I understand what the body needs to perform, recover, and maintain at its peak. That passion led me naturally into the world of biohacking and high performance recovery.

On the trade side, I am a qualified Waterproofer and Structural Landscaper, with several years of experience working in a timber yard during my earlier years to build hands on product knowledge across different timber species.

This is the foundation that Contrast Co is built on.

I have personally been using Saunas and Ice Baths for over 10 years. For me it was always more than a wellness or recovery trend. It is something I genuinely believe in.

A few years ago I purchased a Sauna for home after my disabled brother began struggling through the winter months. What happened next confirmed everything I had believed in and practised for years. The improvement in his mobility and quality of life was something I got to witness firsthand, right in front of my eyes.

A few months later I attended an Expo at the ICC Centre in Darling Harbour, Sydney, where several Sauna and Ice Bath companies were showcasing their products. I walked in, I pitched myself, and secured work within the following week.

Contrast Co was born.
