Hey, I’m Darsey Kondopirakis — Sydney born and bred. I’m a qualified landscaper who naturally transitioned into the sauna, ice bath, and wellness industry, combining hands-on craftsmanship with a passion for recovery and wellbeing.

Over the years, I’ve found that saunas and ice baths don’t just belong in gyms or studios — they elevate home spaces too, creating functional retreats that blend beautifully with outdoor environments.

As a long-time sauna user (10+ years) and wellness enthusiast, I understand what makes an installation both safe and effective. My goal with Contrast Co is simple — to deliver high-quality installs that look incredible, perform flawlessly, and last for years.
