From the moment Revel allocated them the install job, Darsey was in regular contact about the delivery and advised me on some preparation work that needed to be done to level the garden area where the sauna was installed. He was flexible around rescheduling due to bad weather and arranged an experienced electrician to install the heater and wireless unit. Darsey’s attention to detail is meticulous and he really wants his clients to have a great experience, quality install and ensure best use of the products. What a legend , contacted Darcey from Contrast Co in Nov 25 seeking advice on my sauna and ice bath purchase which in itself is a mine field of navigation. Darcey with his wealth of experience helped me understand what to look for and this helped tremendously in selecting the right Sauna Company. Darsey was absolutely amazing. He arrived early to set up. Worked incredibly hard with his coworker with little to no break to deliver an optimal product. I ordered a Revel Luna 3 and it was set up to perfection, sealed and oiled so the finishes were perfect, exactly as the brochure displayed. The rubbish was removed and the place tidied perfectly before he left. He was full of great tips and pointers. Thank you for a 100/10 job. Highly recommend
